My tile is squeaky clean and my grout lines are the color they're supposed to be. They polished my bathroom marble vanity, and it looks new.

Omar came out to clean our ceramic tile and grout. He also tinted and sealed the grout. My floors look amazing! Then Zach came out the following day to so some caulking. Another great job! The technician arrived promptly at exactly the agreed upon time, the day the work was to be performed. He took great care to ensure he kept our home clean and clutter-free as he completed the work, answered all our questions, and completed the work efficiently. Workmanship appears to be excellent.

We bought a house with tile floors. The grout was very dark. The tiles were dark, and they felt grimy. A regular housekeeping service wouldn't be up to the job. Juan came in, measured, explained the process and gave us a quote. We had a foundation crack, so some tiles needed to be replaced, and fortunately, we had some extras.
A few days later, the crew came through, taped off our carpet areas, acid-washed all our tile floors, rinsed and dried them. They removed the broken tiles and filled in the foundation crack, then replaced the tiles. They applied a colored grout sealer to all the grout and explained how to take care of the floors. This was a two-day process.
They stuck to the original bid, and we are very satisfied with the result. Everything is much brighter, and we are comfortable walking barefoot in our home.
My entire process with Sir Grout was awesome. From Juan coming out immediately to assess my needs to Michael working very hard (and very patiently, since we had a power outage during his stay) on my shower grout and caulking issues. The finished product is amazing. I cannot say enough about my experience, it was well worth the money spent.
